A joint for assembling of sieve elements (1) consisting of a fixative sleeve (2), a through pin (3) and a connecting support (4) with mounting apertures (20). The fixative sleeve (2) is provided at one of its ends with a fixative widening (7) and at the other end with a supporting widening (66), whereas longitudinal slots (11) are provided in the supporting widening (6) and along a part of the length of a cylindrical casing (5). At least one longitudinal groove (9) is provided on the fixative widening (7) and on a part of the length of the cylindrical casing (5), that groove extending up to the longitudinal slot (11) limited by a bottom (10). The through pin having a calindrical external surface passes through an axial opening (8) of the fixative sleeve (2) and the mounting aperture (20) of the support (4) provided in its carrying part (19). The carrying part (19) is provided with a single leg (21) and with a double leg (22) which are connected with the carrying part (19) through shock absorbing curved elements (25) and which end, respectively, in a middle fitting (24) and in terminal fittings (23).

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, mining, construction and metallurgy, in particular for assembling screening elements with a vibrator grate.
The purpose of the invention is to accelerate and simplify the dismantling of screen elements.
Figure 1 shows the details of the mount of the screening elements in a disassembled state} in Figure 2 - the mount, a section; in fig. 3 - locking element with internal longitudinal grooves and pin, axonometric; 4 - the same, with external longitudinal grooves, axonometrics; Fig. 5 shows the sieve element and the connecting support section through the hole for the fixing element} in Fig. 6 - the connecting support on the grid, axonometrics.
The mount of the screening elements 1 with the vibrator grill 2 contains a fixing element in the form of a cylindrical body 3 with an axial bore 4, a supporting head 5 with longitudinal slits 6 and a fixing head 7. A mounting pin 8 is installed in the bore 4 4. The diameters of the supporting and fixing heads equal to each other and larger than the diameter of the cylindrical body. The slits 6 are made on the support head 5 and on a part of the cylindrical body 3. The locking element is made with at least one longitudinal groove 9 in the area between the outer end 10 of the fixing head 7 and the longitudinal slit 6, in the same plane with the slit. The groove 9 is bounded by the bottom 11. The width of the slot 6 is equal to the width of the groove 9 and its beginning coincides with the end of the groove and the end with the outer end of the support head 5. The total width of the slots 6 is 7 times the difference between the diameters of the support head and the cylindrical body. A longitudinal teeth 12 are made on the outer surface of the fixing head 7. The fixing pin 8 is made in the form of a cylindrical body, the outer diameter of which exceeds the diameter of the axial hole 4 of the fixing element.
The longitudinal groove 9 can be made both on the outer (Fig. 4) and on the inner (Fig. 3) surface of the fixing element.
The cylindrical inside of the fixing head is made
boring 13, the diameter of which exceeds the diameter of the axial bore. Radial holes 14 are made in the cylindrical body at the beginning of the longitudinal grooves 9. Boring 15 is made at the end of the support head. The fixing pin 8 is made with longitudinal projections 16, on one side of which there are cutting edges 11. The number of projections 16 corresponds to the number of grooves 9 on the fixing element. The connecting support is made in the form of a base 18 with two legs 19 and 20 connected to the base along radius 21. The stand 20 is made with a central gripper 22 at the free end, and the support 19 has two edge grippers 23. At the base of the support there are holes 24 under the fixing element, and in the interface zone of the base with the posts, technological cavities 25 are made. Grips 22 and 23 face each other
For assembling the screening element 1 with a grill, it has cylindrical holes 26, each of which has two parts with an upper cylindrical surface 27 and a lower cylindrical profile 28. Between the upper and lower cylindrical surfaces, a ledge 29 is made with a pressure inclined surface 30. Assembly The sieve element with the grille using the mount is as follows.
The sieve element 1 is placed on the grid so that it lies on the connecting supports which are fixed on the grid. Their correct location is when the holes 26 of the cylindrical profile completely coincide with the mounting holes 24 of the connecting supports. The locking elements are inserted into each hole 26 of the cylindrical profile of the sieve element 1, with the result that the support head 5 of each fixing element passes successively through the lower cylindrical profile 28 of the sieve element 1 and the mounting holes 24 of the connecting support.
The longitudinal teeth 12 cut into the outer side 27 of the hole 26 of the cylindrical profile. The inner side of the locking head 7 presses the ledge 29 to the hole 26 of the cylindrical profile, thus increasing

reliability of the connection and providing a tight connection between the sieve element 1 and the connecting support. The fastening pin 8 is inserted into the axial pin hole 4 of the fixing element (FIG. 4) from the side of the fixing head 7 to the supporting head 5 when the mounting is performed from the upper side of the screen elements 1, or from the bottom from the side of the supporting head 5 to the fixing head 7, when fastening is carried out from the bottom side of the sieve element 1. Since the diameter of the fastener is. The pin 8 is larger than the diameter of the axial bore; when inserting the fastening pin, the bottom 11 of the grooves breaks and the locking element splits into as many parts as there are 9 grooves. Longitudinal teeth 12 do not allow the locking element to rotate around its axis if the insertion of the fastening pin 8 breaks only one bottom of the grooves 9. The assembly of the screen elements 1 can be carried out completely and then,. when it is manufactured from the bottom of the grid, the sieve elements 1 are placed on the base 18 of the connecting support in a known manner by aligning them with their holes. The locking elements are first placed by passing each of them through the mounting holes 24, the support head 5 is narrowed by the slot 6 and passes successively through the mounting holes 24 and through the lower cylindrical profile 28 of the cylindrically shaped hole 26. Then the support head expands and takes the space formed the upper cylindrical surface 27, and the locking head 7 touches the bottom of the base 18 in the range of the mounting holes 24. The fastening pin 8 is inserted into the axial channel from the bottom upwards, after What it performs its known functions. The support head 5 tightly presses the upper cylindrical part 27 of the cylindrically shaped hole 26, except for the places where slots 6 are made, and therefore the fixing element cannot rotate around its axis if only one bottom 11 is broken when inserting the fastening pin 8. elements 1 and the connecting supports, which, in turn, are connected to the grid of the vibrator.
The sieve element 1 is disassembled from the grille by tightening the fastening pin 8 on one of two sides (one that is more convenient for disassembly). In this case, the locking element, which splits during installation, is divided into parts, the number of which is equal to the number of grooves 9, as a result of which it releases a cylindrically shaped opening 24 of the connecting support, which remains connected to the vibrator grill. The locking element releases the worn screen elements 1 from the screen without great effort and without deformation.

1. A mounting unit for sieve elements containing a fixing element in the form of a cylindrical body with an axial bore, a supporting head with longitudinal slits at one end and a fixing head at the other, a fastening pin placed in the axial bore and a connecting support with holes for fixing an element, characterized in that, in order to accelerate and simplify the dismantling of the screen elements, the longitudinal cuts are made on a part of the length of the cylindrical body, the fixing element is made with at least one longitudinal the groove in the area between the outer end of the fixing head and the longitudinal slit, in the same plane with the slit, the fixing pin is made in the form of a cylindrical body with a diameter greater than the diameter of the axial hole of the fixing element, the connecting support is made in the form of a base with two posts attached to the base along the radius, one of the pillars is made with a central gripper at the free end, and the other with two edge grippers.
